This session is for children in years 2,3 & 4 at school.
Futsal is a dynamic, indoor version of football, played on a smaller, hard court with dimensions roughly equivalent to a basketball court. Each team consists of five players, including the goalkeeper, and the game is played with a smaller, low-bounce ball, which enhances close ball control and skillful play.
The benefits of playing futsal are numerous. Firstly, futsal significantly enhances technical skills. The smaller playing area and the emphasis on keeping the ball close develop ball control, dribbling, precise passing, and shooting accuracy. These technical improvements are transferable to traditional football , making futsal an excellent additional training tool for young football players.
Secondly, futsal promotes quick decision-making. The fast-paced nature of the game requires players to think and react swiftly, improving their ability to make decisions under pressure. This sharpens their tactical awareness and mental agility.
Fitness and endurance also see a boost from playing futsal. The game's high-intensity demands involve constant movement, quick sprints, and rapid changes in direction, contributing to enhanced cardiovascular fitness, agility, and overall physical conditioning.
Additionally, futsal encourages creativity and teamwork. The confined space and fewer players on the court mean players must be innovative in their play and work closely with teammates to maintain possession and create scoring opportunities. This helps develop a deep sense of cooperation and strategic thinking.

£26.50 per month
This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: Northants Futsal sessions for the 2025/26 season will run for 38 weeks of the year.
Your payment plan covers you for all sessions. The sessions will run in 3 separate terms - Autumn, Winter and Spring.
Autumn Term: Sept - Dec
Winter Term: Jan - Apr
Spring Term: May - July
We will notify you of every term start and end date. Upon completion of each term you will automatically be enrolled onto the next term thus keeping your child's space. There is no cost for this and your monthly payment will remain the same.
Payments will only be taken on the 1st of the month when sessions are on (i.e no payment taken until September and last payment in July). We offer a sibling discount plan for £22.50 a month for each child. Please book all siblings on the same order and we will amend to the sibling plan when the order is received. Should you decide to leave during the season then payment for the remaining months of that term will be collected. If we are able to fill your space then we will cancel future payments immediately.
